We have a Technical Office with advanced CAD/CAM systems.
Our technical team has extensive experience in 3D design and CAM programming, specific to the type of manufacturing.
We are a young and well-trained team, which allows us to analyze each project in depth and obtain the best results.
An important step in any manufacturing process is the previous analysis of the geometries with advanced software, in order to assure our customers the optimal quality and functionality in all our products.
For this purpose, we have state-of-the-art software that allows us to design complex geometries, as well as CAM programming and simulation.
DESIGN
Whether we start from a conceptual design for the development of prototypes according to customer needs, as if we do it with already defined geometry, the design section is present in all our work.
Our work encompasses not only the design of functional parts but also the design of assemblies, tooling and structures of different types.
When designing, our technical team takes into account not only the functionality of the part or assembly but also its manufacturability, providing real solutions for each project.
SIMULATION
Before each production, we make sure that what we make meets our expectations. For this purpose, we have simulators of the different machines where we check that the CAM programming is adequate for each process and ensure an optimal final result.
It is a key section to obtain the quality and reliability of the machining processes and to avoid any problem that may affect manufacturing.
MANUFACTURING
At the end of the process, our projects see the light of day once they have been typed.
From the technical office we do the CAM programming and coordinate the different manufacturing processes in 3 axes as well as in 4 or 5 axes to ensure that the results are adequate.
Continuous 5-axis manufacturing is essential for work in key sectors such as aeronautics and shipbuilding.
Machine programming
From our department, we do CAM programming to optimize our machines to the maximum and obtain the best results.
For this purpose, we have specific software for each need.
Our team is also specialized in ISO programming, very necessary for serialized work and time optimization on production parts.
Tooling design
A key point in the manufacture of complex parts is the design of the tooling that allows us to clamp them in the machine with total guarantee, thus avoiding manufacturing problems.
We also design and manufacture tooling for different purposes, not only manufacturing, such as control or verification.
Reverse engineering
We do not always have the geometry we need to manufacture, no problem.
In our technical office we have a long experience in the design and manufacture of components from deteriorated components.
For industrial maintenance it is key to be able to provide our customers with fast and reliable solutions.
